ERP Functional Ownership

• Serve as functional SPOC for

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Translate business requirements into

  ERP Functional Specifications

• Drive adoption and optimization of modules including:

• Production Planning and Control (PPC)

• Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Routings and Work Centers

• Inventory Management

  Warehouse Management

• Procurement

  Vendor Management

  Purchase Orders

• Cost Accounting

  and

  Finance Integration

Business Process & Continuous Improvement

• Lead

  Business Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be)

• Standardize

  ERP-driven manufacturing processes

  across locations.
• Identify gaps and implement

  Process Improvement

  and

  Automation

  initiatives aligned with SOPs and compliance standards.

ERP Operations & User Support

• Provide day-to-day

  ERP Application Support

  to manufacturing users.
• Coordinate with

  Technical Teams

  and

  Implementation Partners

  for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Monitor

  Production Orders

  MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

  Master Data Management (MDM)
