Program Overview – For IIT Graduates Only: This is a high-impact, technology-focused role open exclusively to IIT graduates (Mechanical / Metallurgy) . You will be part of the Emerging Technology & Process Innovation Cell – a strategic team tasked with driving next-gen manufacturing technologies, process automation, material science innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies including process automation, data-driven quality systems, and advanced forming techniques. Work with R&D to optimize copper and alloy formulations for enhanced performance, cost efficiency, and customer-specific needs. Collaborate on Industry 4.0 integration projects – including IoT-enabled equipment, real-time process monitoring, and digital twin initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode assessments for process improvement and product reliability. Participate in cross-functional teams to launch innovative process upgrades and sustainability initiatives. Analyze thermal, mechanical, and metallurgical behavior of processes to drive yield, reduce energy consumption, and shorten production cycles. Engage in simulation studies, experimental validations, and pilot trials for new product development. Benchmark global best practices and support technology transfer and scale-up efforts. Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from IITs (2024 / 2025 batch only) Strong foundation in manufacturing systems, materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanics Passionate about core industry, innovation, and solving real-world engineering challenges Exposure to digital tools like MATLAB, ANSYS, SolidWorks, or industrial data platforms is a plus Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills Why Join Us?
