• Drive sales performance across e-commerce platforms through promotional campaigns, analysis of shopping trends, and product assortment optimization.
• Ensure Bazana’s online stores are visually appealing, user-friendly, and always up-to-date with the latest content.
• Oversee and manage our presence on various marketplaces, including experience with FBA (Fulfilments by Amazon).
• Boost visibility(A+ content) and traffic with SEO, Google Ads, and other paid campaign tools, as well as optimize our digital platform for high functionality.
• Lead a team to ensure effective inventory management, smooth operations, and P&L accountability.
• Drive exceptional customer service standards to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Generate actionable insights through sales, promotional, and marketing analysis.
• Optimize systems with a focus on continuous innovation in platform operations and order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), experience in key tools like Helium 10, and familiarity with Seller Central.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and analytical skills.
• A positive attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Graduate/MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience.
