With a dedicated team of real estate agents in Dubai, we offer expertise in commercial, residential, retail, and off-plan properties, along with in-depth market knowledge and ethical practices.


Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to manage sales operations, client relationships, and developer partnerships in the Hyderabad real estate market, while also promoting Dubai properties to Indian investors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in onboarding local developers, knowledge of Hyderabad real estate trends, and a strong flair for high-ticket B2C sales.



Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Client Management:

• Generate and manage leads for both Hyderabad residential projects and Dubai properties.

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and investment goals.

• Present suitable options, conduct site visits or virtual tours, and manage end-to-end sales closures.

• Follow up diligently and maintain strong client relationships post-sale.


Developer Relations:

• Identify, connect, and onboard local Hyderabad developers and channel partners.

• Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of projects into the company portfolio.

• Maintain updated knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and project timelines.


Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about Hyderabad’s property market trends, pricing, competitive projects, and buyer preferences.

• Share regular insights with the team to help shape strategy and client offerings.


Reporting & Coordination:

• Update CRM with client and deal progress.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, operations) for lead management and campaign execution.



Requirements:

• 3+ years of real estate experience, preferably in Hyderabad.

• Proven experience in onboarding developers or handling builder tie-ups.

• Exposure to Dubai real estate is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).

• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.

• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
