✅ Analyze operational performance data and publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards
✅ Automate reports using Excel, SQL, and other reporting tools
✅ Extract insights from CRM data and integrate them with field performance data
✅ Deliver actionable reports to support sales, revenue, and customer engagement KPIs
✅ Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and accurate data updates
✅ Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests with quick turnaround
🔹 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Reporting
🔹 Experience working with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, ONEIMS, Zoho)
🔹 Ability to analyze large datasets, clean data, and provide actionable insights
🔹 Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
🎓 Graduate in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar
(Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, or SQL preferred)
✅ Telecom / Broadband / Cable TV / BFSI / E-Commerce Analytics
