Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Act as single point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.

2. Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements, be proactive in order to minimize service crises.

3. Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates.

4. Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time.

5. Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.

6. Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.

7. Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation department and follow-up on shipments generated.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum Graduation is required.

2. Minimum 3 years of Experiance in Same Industry.

3. Hands on experiance in MS office(Excel must, Word Etc.).

4. Strong in written and verbal communication.
