Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Affiliate Manager - CPS Delivery role based in Gurugram. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with affiliates, overseeing account management, ensuring successful performance-driven outcomes, and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns to meet strategic goals. The role involves effective communication with partners, overseeing sales-driven affiliate programs, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.

• Manage and monitor Cost Per Sale (CPS) campaigns across affiliate, programmatic, and API-based traffic sources.

• Coordinate with affiliate partners & publishers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and adherence to KPIs.

• Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and maintain healthy conversion ratios.

• Identify and eliminate fraudulent traffic sources to maintain campaign hygiene.

• Prepare daily/weekly campaign performance reports with key metrics such as Clicks, Sales, Conversion Rate (CR), and ROI.

• Work closely with the Business Development and Finance teams for PO validation, billing, and margin tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships effectively
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques aligned with performance marketing
• Understanding of Online Marketing trends and tools
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
• Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
