BIS Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage field activities and ensure effective implementation of BIS guidelines and compliance protocols.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, applications, and regulatory documents.
• Develop project route maps and coordinate with the Operations Head for smooth execution of BIS projects.
• Maintain CRM records, update BIS portals, and respond promptly to client queries.
• Prepare applications for BIS, resolve authority/lab queries, and maintain a comprehensive record of approvals.
• Track important project milestones such as sample testing schedules, report expiries, renewals, and submission timelines.
• Liaise with clients, laboratories, and BIS authorities to ensure seamless coordination.
• Submit daily task reports, highlighting ongoing project status, progress, risks, or challenges.
• Identify operational gaps and resolve issues proactively using strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain complete documentation for audits, compliance checks, and regulatory inspections.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of BIS certification schemes, including ISI, FMCS, CRS, WMI, WPC, and TEC.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  in BIS consultancy under ISI, FMCS, CRS, WMI, WPC, and TEC schemes.

• Engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E.) is compulsory

  in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical streams.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, Indian Standards, and technical coordination with labs and authorities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
