Assistant Manager - Commercial

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SandT works, including planning, execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring alignment with project timelines and contractual obligations. Drive the implementation of robust safety protocols and quality control measures, fostering a culture of zero accidents and striving for exceptional quality in all project deliverables. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum. Mentor and develop a high-performing SandT team, providing guidance, fostering skill development, and promoting a positive and engaging work environment. Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. Proven experience managing SandT projects within the EPC industry, ideally in a railway signaling and telecommunications context. Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
