Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate daily operations of the hotel.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of performance.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
