Join us in continuing the legacy of our co-founder Thomas Alva Edison and discover the Edison in yourself every day. **Responsibilities:** - Develop a business plan and sales strategy aligned with company goals for profitability. - Focus on maximizing both current and long-term sales and gross profits. - Address and resolve client concerns effectively. - Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities. - Conduct presentations as necessary. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new client accounts while nurturing existing customer relationships. - Showcase the company's testing, inspection, and certification capabilities to industry stakeholders. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the textile and garment sectors. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape sales strategies. - Monitor competitor actions and provide market intelligence to management. - Achieve sales targets, revenue growth objectives, and contribute to market expansion plans. - Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Ensure adherence to company sales processes, iConnect usage, and reporting standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the testing, inspection, and certification industry. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. - Knowledge of textile and garment sectors is a plus. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
