Role Summary

The Assistant Manager - Business Development will play a crucial role in driving Gamlaa Bioscapes
growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring
successful execution of sales strategies. This position requires a proactive and strategic professional
with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities to expand the company s market
presence across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue potential business opportunities aligned with the company s goals and
target markets.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth
objectives.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client
needs.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and
industry stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure
seamless client engagement.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to
negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance
brand visibility.
Support senior management in developing strategic business plans and initiatives for long
term growth.

Qualifications Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably
within a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships and networks.
Strategic thinker with a strong results-driven approach.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also functioning
effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
