Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth. You will engage with clients, possess in-depth market and product knowledge, and drive sales of ERP or software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and products. - Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for a performance bonus. Work location is in person, with the possibility of working from home.
