Assistant Manager - Business Development

As a Sales Executive in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Your role will involve engaging with clients, demonstrating in-depth market and product knowledge, and effectively promoting our ERP or software solutions to achieve sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA would be an added advantage. Additionally, you should have 4-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Your communication, presentation, and negotiation skills will be essential in effectively conveying technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Being highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused will also be key attributes for success in this position. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, will further contribute to your effectiveness in driving sales. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
