About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Brand Activation to manage and execute on-ground marketing initiatives. The role involves end-to-end management of brand activations, sampling programs, and manpower-driven activities across the country ensuring efficient execution and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, sampling initiatives, RWA activations, Corporate activities and manpower-driven programs.
  • Understanding of the client requirements and be able to service and report to the client effectively
  • Manage promoters and field teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Maintain and leverage a strong vendor network to support activations.
  • Prepare reports on MS Excel and presentations (PPTs) to communicate strategies and results effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Excel.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors for seamless execution.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand activations, promotions, or sampling programs.
  • Proven experience in promoter handling – temporary and permanent, manpower management, and vendor coordination.
  • Skilled in client servicing and relationship management
  • Should be able to work with the team
  • Efficient vendor/ co-ordinator network across the country (metro and tier1-2 towns)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear and impactful PPTs.
  • Ability to manage multiple activations and initiatives efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
