Requirements
We are currently looking to hire a Property Scout/Acquisition Specialist for the Pune region To ensure the candi is a strong fit for this role, we have defined the following essential requirements: The ideal candi must possess local expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in relevant tools and documentation Specifically, we require that the candi : Possesses a two-wheeler for efficient travel throughout the territory Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of the Pune territory Demonstrates good communication and strong negotiation skills Is proficient in handling MS Office tools, particularly Excel Is aware of average rental rates and commercial/land lease rates based on area specifications within Pune Is well-versed with the legal documentation process involved in leasing agreements Can effectively manage local broker relationships Please prioritize candi who meet all of these criteria as they are essential for success in scouting and acquiring properties across the region
