Job Description

What You'll Do

You will support the smooth functioning of operational, administrative and finance-linked activities by managing data, preparing MIS reports, maintaining digital records and assisting in documentation, logistics and coordination tasks. Your work will help strengthen process discipline and ensure timely execution across departments.

Among Your Responsibilities, You Will

  • Prepare, update and maintain MIS reports and structured trackers.
  • Collect accurate data from different teams and ensure timely consolidation.
  • Update and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
  • Support basic accounting processes including ledger inputs, invoice verification and reconciliation checks.
  • Organise and maintain digital documentation for operations, finance, logistics, contracts and asset-related records.
  • Prepare reports, summaries and presentations for operational and finance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative and logistics support.
  • Identify data gaps, track deviations and highlight insights that support better decision making.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong grip on Excel, including advanced functions and handling large data sets.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and comfort in working with dashboards.
  • Understanding of accounting workflows like voucher entries, invoice checks and reconciliations.
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prepare structured reports, documentation and presentations.
  • A mindset that focuses on accuracy, ownership and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any graduate or post-graduate degree.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in MIS, operations support, administration or accounts coordination.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
