Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal & Regulatory Advisory Provide legal support to management on all healthcare-related matters. Litigation & Medico-Legal Cases Handle medico-legal cases including patient complaints, malpractice claims, and consumer disputes. Liaise with advocates, hospitals, insurers, and regulatory authorities for dispute resolution. Represent the hospital/organization in court, arbitration, and consumer forums as required. 4.
