Designation: Assistant Manager -Accounts Payable

Department: Accounts

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Calculate interest on advances given to subsidiary companies.

·        Raise debit notes to subsidiary companies and record the same in the books of accounts.

·        Maintain an up-to-date FD register.

·        Record all FD-related entries, including interest accruals, renewals, and closures.

·        Maintain a detailed MF register.

·        Record all MF-related entries in the books, including purchases, redemptions, and fair value adjustments.

·        Maintain and regularly update the loan repayment schedule.

·        Book all EMI-related entries accurately in the accounting system (MSD).

·        Maintain the vendor financing sheet to track outstanding and repayment details.

·        Record all vendor financing entries in MSD promptly.

·        Process monthly salary entries in coordination with the HR and payroll team.

·        Maintain a statutory dues register and ensure timely accounting of related liabilities.

·        Prepare and post all relevant journal entries related to the above areas during monthly and annual book closure.

·    Support reconciliation of balances and schedules as required for audits.

·   Analysis of Expenses on monthly basis.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce.
  • Excellent in MS Office,
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
