Assistant Manager Accounts

Location: Coimbatore

Experience : 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Industry: Manufacturing (Foundry/Machine shop) / Export-Oriented

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts with strong knowledge of Export Documentation and Accounting Operations. The candidate should be capable of handling complete export documentation, accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Manage daily accounting operations – Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle budgeting, cost analysis, and internal controls.

Export Documentation (Mandatory):

• Prepare and verify

  Export Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and LC documents.

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for shipment and payment realization.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for

  Bank Realization Certificate (BRC)

  and

  GST Refund / Duty Drawback claims.

• Maintain compliance with

  RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and Customs

  regulations.

Taxation & Compliance:

• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Assist in audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

• Mandatory :

  Hands-on experience in

  Export Documentation & GST, TDS, Income Tax and Statutory Compliance.

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounting Standards, and Statutory Compliance.

• Manage day to day operations.

• Proficient in

  Tally / ERP systems

  and

  MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
