The candidate should be capable of handling complete export documentation, accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting independently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Manage daily accounting operations – Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger and reconciliations. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Handle budgeting, cost analysis, and internal controls. Export Documentation (Mandatory): Prepare and verify Export Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and LC documents. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for shipment and payment realization. Ensure timely submission of documents for Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) and GST Refund / Duty Drawback claims. Maintain compliance with RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and Customs regulations. Taxation & Compliance: File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
