Job Summary

Assistant Manager – Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end accounting

  operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle

  GST, TCS, and TDS

  calculations, returns, and statutory filings.
• Prepare and maintain

  CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data

  for banking purposes.
• Perform monthly

  Bank Reconciliation

  and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Assist in preparing

  budgets, MIS, and financial forecasts

  .
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual

  closing activities

  .
• Manage vendor/customer accounts, payments, receipts, and outstanding tracking.
• Support

  internal and statutory audits

  with accurate documentation.
• Implement and monitor

  internal controls

  and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial approvals and data support.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of

  GST, TCS, TDS

  , and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Expertise in

  Bank Reconciliation

  , budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to prepare

  CMA data

  .
• High accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA-Inter or strong CA foundation.
• Should have handled

  complete accounts independently

  .
• Experience in Travel, Retail, Hospitality, or Service industries is a plus.

• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
