Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.

· Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

· Prepare and finalize accounts, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.

· Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.

· Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

· Draft professional letters, emails, and reports – excellent English writing ability required.

· Communicate effectively with management, auditors, and external stakeholders – strong spoken English is essential.

· Prepare analytical and financial reports to support management in decision-making.

· Monitor cash flow, expenses, and assist in budgeting.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

· 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/trading firm.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

· Exceptional English communication (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

· Strong analytical and finance background will be preferred.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Only Kanpur-based candidates will be considered.
