Organisation Culture
At Pathways, we believe that the vision is a shared responsibility of all the members. As a learning organisation, we are committed to empowering our school community to experiment, innovate and achieve.
We nurture a symbiotic relationship between our schools vision and systems at school such as human resources, learning environment, policies, and operational procedures for all these aspects to interact and work together as a whole.
