Location : Pathways World School, Aravali, Gurgaon Experience: 8 to 10 years Key Responsibilities: Parent Counselling and Onboarding Conduct engaging in-person school tours and virtual counselling sessions to guide parents through the admissions process. Understand parent concerns and expectations, providing personalized guidance on how PWS aligns or does not align with their aspirations and their child's educational journey. Collaborate with the academic, boarding, and finance teams to address specific queries and facilitate a smooth onboarding and transition process for new students. Proactively follow up with interested parents to nurture leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Proactively engage future parents and students and ensure their entry Continuously refine the admissions process to enhance efficiency and improve the parent experience. International Students, Corporate Tie-Ups & Outreach Assist HOD in partnering with corporates, expat communities, embassies, and relocation agencies to increase visibility and promote PWS as a preferred school Attend and represent the school at corporate networking events, fairs, and expat community gatherings. Parent Engagement & Lead Nurturing Implement personalized email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeted at prospective parents. Leverage automated lead-nurturing strategies to keep parents engaged throughout the decision-making process. Assist in planning and executing open houses, school fairs, and info sessions to engage potential families. Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging for digital campaigns, ads, and social media engagement. Represent the school at educational fairs, corporate tie-ups, and networking events to drive admissions. Student Retention Proactively engage with parents, academic teams, and residential staff to identify and address potential concerns early Take strategic measures to enhance student retention as a key responsibility Reports & Data Analytics Maintain and update CRM records accurately for all prospective families. Generate weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, applications, conversion rates, withdrawals, trends etc. Analyse data insights to recommend improvements in lead management, both digital, organic, and admission strategies.
