Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process, provide course information, handle inquiries, and support enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with students and parents. Key Responsibilities:Handle inquiries from students and parents via phone, walk-ins, emails, and social media. Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, career scope, and admission procedures. Counsel students to help them choose the right course based on their interests and academic background. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students. Assist students in completing admission formalities and documentation. Maintain and update student databases, enquiry records, and follow-up trackers. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets set by the management. Coordinate with academic teams, telecalling teams, and marketing departments. Participate in seminars, events, education fairs, and outreach activities as required. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at every step. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any field (Education/Management background preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counselling ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and achieve targets. Prior experience in admission counselling / student counselling is an advantage. Experience:0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
