Job Overview: Position: Wellbeing Counsellor (Male) Experience: 3 to 8 years Pathways World School, Aravali is seeking a compassionate and qualified Wellbeing Counsellor to support students in Grades 6-12 . The counsellor will provide emotional, psychological, and social support, helping students navigate personal challenges and promoting mental health and wellbeing in alignment with the IB philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counselling to students dealing with emotional, academic, and social challenges. Support students' mental health and wellbeing through proactive programs and workshops. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to develop supportive strategies for students. Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with school policies. Promote a positive and inclusive school environment focused on emotional growth. Qualifications: Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field. Proven experience in a counselling role, ideally in a secondary school setting. Strong understanding of adolescent development and mental health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
