Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with HODs of different departments to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, job portals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
  • Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and organizational policies in recruitment.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
  • Partner with HR team members to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
