Job Description – Assistant Manager (HR)

Position: Assistant Manager – HR

Location: Near Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat

Salary: ₹6 – 7 LPA

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth people management, aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Oversee HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Support talent management, performance appraisal, and training initiatives.

Handle grievance redressal and foster positive employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain HRMIS and prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA / PGDM in HR.

Experience: 5 – 8 years in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
