Key Responsibility:
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with channel partners and
driving sales through them.
• Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to
the masses through Area Managers through Area Executive.
• Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners-
expectations.
• Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance
objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner
relationship.
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and
externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

• Strong communication skills, and execution efficiency.

• Strong analytical mindset
• Strong at Data maintaining Preferably in Microsoft Office Apps
