About the Role – Assistant Sales Head We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Sales Head to join our growing sales team. You’ll be supporting the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, helping Kevnit scale its client base both in India and abroad. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in identifying new business opportunities within digital marketing and IT services. Support the Sales Head in crafting and executing effective sales strategies. Help convert mid-to-high ticket leads into long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and offer tailored digital solutions. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and client expectations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and business reports. Negotiate deals and close contracts with support from senior leadership. Attend networking events, expos, and client meetings to drive growth. Maintain accurate lead and performance tracking through CRM tools. Requirements MBA in Marketing or related field (top-tier institute preferred). 2–3 years of sales experience in digital marketing or IT services . Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media marketing, and digital lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline tracking. Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and hit targets. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
