Roles & Responsibilities 1. Need to handle around 2000+ employees. 2. Responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development for new hires 3. Statutory compliance, Industrial Relations and conflict management 4. Well experience in Performance Management system, Employee welfare and engagement activities 5. Develop and implement HR policies and employee retention strategies. 6. Need to handle compliance, buyers audits, legal adherence. 7.
