Responsibilities

  • Lead & Scale Sales Team

    Hire, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth

    Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Sales Training & Development

    Conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Process & SOP Creation

    Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking, forecasting and performance measurement.
  • CRM Ownership (LeadSquared)

    Ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting and analytics by fully leveraging LeadSquared CRM.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Onboarding & Induction

    Oversee onboarding and training of new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up and alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Planning

    Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and plan long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    812 years of proven B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership/people management role.
  • Domain Knowledge

    Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp/Conversational Commerce space (preferred).
  • Team Leadership

    Proven ability to hire, inspire and scale a high-performance sales team.
  • Process & Analytics Skills

    Strong background in sales forecasting, creating SOPs and using data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention.
  • CRM Proficiency

    Hands-on experience with LeadSquared (or similar CRM platforms) is a must.
  • Strategic & Result-Oriented

    Ability to set long-term sales strategies while delivering on immediate revenue goals.
  • Communication & Negotiation

    Excellent interpersonal, presentation and deal-closing skills.
  • Communication & Culture

    : Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to instil a customer-first, high-output culture.
  • Location: Open to work full-time from AiSensy's Gurugram office.
