✔ Mentor and develop the production team
🎓 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Rubber or Polymer Technology
🛠 15–20 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector (rubber industry preferred)
💡 Strong knowledge of compounding, mixing, and moulding processes
🤝 Proven leadership and team management skills
📊 Experience in driving Kaizen, safety, and quality initiatives
