Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible to head automobile spare parts division and accountable for revenue, cost and profitability.

Responsible to plan, organize, control, direct, coordinate, and oversee the complete operations.

Responsible to provide constructive, timely performance evaluations to staff and management.

Job Description:

Develop and execute annual plans based on a good understanding of business drivers and operations principles.

Monitor customer, market, competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

Cultivate and manage the growth in all our retail outlets through direct contact and maintaining good relationship with the employees.

Partner with our leadership team to strategize operations plans and optimal utilization of resources.

Contributing to business development by adding new businesses.

Competencies

Proficient in effectively managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritize them effectively.

Proven ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data to draw conclusions and develop effective plans and solutions.

Ability to develop and execute plans, delegate and follow-up on assigned tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

Proven track record of profitably managing and growing business in the Automotive Retail Chains.

Min. 3 years leadership or top management role in automobile retail operations.
