Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of multiple restaurants within a cluster, ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage services.
Oversee inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control to maintain high standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR) to drive business growth and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

Only male candidates are preferred.

5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or QSR environment as an AGM/GM-level executive.
Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of success in managing large-scale restaurant chains or clusters across India.
