Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Assistant General Manager - Marketing. The role includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing operations, conducting market research, and driving sales growth in alignment with company objectives. Additional responsibilities encompass leading and mentoring the marketing team, facilitating innovative market approaches, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding the company's global reach and strengthening its market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
• Experience in Marketing Management with skills in executing marketing campaigns and designing promotional strategies.
• Proficiency in Team Management, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Solid understanding of Sales, including development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the engineering or industrial sector is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
