Job Description

We are hiring for Assistant General Manager (Marketing) in Automobile Manufacturing Industry at Chennai.

Job Summary

: As the Assistant General Manager (Marketing), you will lead the marketing function for the organization, focusing on business development, customer relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and supporting the companys growth objectives in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing: - Business Development & Sales: - Customer Relationship Management: - Team Management: - Product Management & Launch: - Reporting & Documentation: - Compliance: - Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and legal/statutory requirements.

Preferred

: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 17+ years of relevant experience in marketing/business development in the automotive or manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of automotive wiring harnesses and components (preferred). - Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets. - Experience in dealing with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
