Job Description:

The Executive Assistant to Technical General Manager will provide high-level administrative and technical support to ensure efficient operations of the Technical Department. This role involves coordination, communication, and documentation support across multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical GM in daily operations, scheduling, and task management.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams for project updates and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to water treatment plants, machinery, and project progress.
• Maintain and organize technical files, quotations, and correspondence.
• Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments on behalf of the GM.
• Track project timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Arrange meetings, record minutes, and circulate action points.
• Support in drafting technical proposals, work orders, and follow-up emails.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Graduate or Postgraduate (Engineering / Science / Business Administration preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Basic technical understanding of water treatment plants, machinery, or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,005.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
