Job Description

NOTE: Looking for CA plus CS candidates

Key Responsibilities

Management of the entire finance function and leadership of the finance & accounts team.
Financial reporting preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
Financial planning, cash flow management and budgeting.
Investor reporting, financial projections, and valuation support.
End-to-end compliance for NBFC regulations, RBI returns, GST, TDS, and statutory audits.
Handling NCD issuance, dematerialization, and other compliances.
AGM, Board & Committee Meetings agenda, minutes, and statutory compliance.
Preparation of MIS and dashboards as per Directors’ requirements.
ALM reporting and regulatory ALM compliance for NBFC
Liaison with auditors, bankers, trustees and regulators.
