Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest services.

Ensure that all front office staff members are properly trained and knowledgeable about the hotel's services, amenities, and policies.

Manage guest relations, ensuring that all guest complaints and requests are handled in a timely and Professional manner.

Ensure that all guest information is properly recorded and stored, and that guest privacy is protected at all times.

Develop and implement procedures to maximize revenue and occupancy, while minimizing costs and waste.

Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room and guest satisfaction scores.

Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guest needs are met.

Manage inventory and ordering of front office supplies, such as stationery, keys, and other operational items.

Prepare and present regular reports to the general manager, highlighting front office performance and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, such as loyalty programs, special promotions, and partnerships with local businesses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in front office management or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and management abilities.

Proficiency in hotel management software and computer programs.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary: Negotiable
