Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM)
* Ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience.
* Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
* Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
* Supervise daily operations of Reception, Reservations, Concierge, and Bell Desk.
* Monitor room allocation, upgrades, and VIP/Group handling.
* Ensure cash handling, billing, and night audit accuracy.
* Assist in training, coaching, and motivating front office staff.
* Prepare duty rosters, manage staff shifts, and allocate tasks.
* Conduct regular briefings to update team on hotel activities, promotions, and policies.
* Liaise with Housekeeping for room readiness and maintenance issues.
* Coordinate with F\&B, Sales, and Security for smooth guest services.
* Maintain records of occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
* Assist in preparing monthly/weekly reports for management.
* Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
