Female Sales Coordinator

As a Female Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize room and event bookings. Your responsibilities will include identifying market trends, target audiences, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will be expected to prepare sales forecasts, set targets for room and event sales, and negotiate room rates and packages to meet client expectations and revenue goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, event planners, and other stakeholders will be essential. You will conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase hotel rooms and event spaces, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings. Additionally, you will promote and sell hotel rooms for individual bookings and group reservations, as well as coordinate events such as conferences, weddings, meetings, and special occasions. Collaboration with the front desk, reservations team, catering, operations, and other internal departments will be necessary to ensure smooth booking processes, event execution, and guest satisfaction. Monitoring sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet revenue targets, and preparing regular sales reports will also be part of your role. You will participate in pricing strategies, promotions, and special offers to boost sales, as well as conduct post-event evaluations to enhance future offerings and client satisfaction. Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the property, build partnerships, and collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and social media outreach will be expected. Your dedication to addressing client concerns, providing post-event or post-stay follow-ups, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process will contribute to building loyalty and encouraging repeat business. This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule that may include day shifts, morning shifts, or night shifts based on business needs.
