As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will be crucial in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups - Managing customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Handling product listings, leads, and communication through platforms like IndiaMART - Maintaining and updating sales records using MS Excel - Preparing and sharing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders - Supporting marketing activities and lead generation through digital platforms - Tracking sales targets and preparing performance reports - Collaborating with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery - Maintaining a database of existing and potential clients To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, and reporting - Working knowledge of the IndiaMART seller panel - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Qualifications required for this position: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role - Graduation in BBA, B.Com, or any related discipline - Certification in MS Office or Digital Marketing is a plus The company is located in Rajendra Nagar Industrial Area and operates on a full-time basis.
