Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orchha for the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising the food and beverage team, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will also support training programs and ensure that the team maintains operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service, including addressing guest needs effectively
• Skills in Team Training and personnel management to maintain high standards of service
• Experience with Budgeting and cost control to manage expenditures and improve profitability
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable
• Previous experience in a managerial position within the food and beverage sector is an advantage
