Role:

The F&B Assistant Manager will oversee food & beverage operations at the multiplex, drive sales, control costs, ensure hygiene compliance, and deliver an excellent guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day F&B operations across counters and kiosks
  • Drive sales through up-selling, combos, and promotions
  • Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and stock variance
  • Lead, train, and schedule F&B team members
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene (FSSAI), and SOP compliance
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve F&B-related issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and central procurement
  • Prepare basic MIS and sales reports


Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • 3–7 years of F&B experience (multiplex/QSR/hospitality preferred)
  • Strong team management and operational skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
