Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

  Oversee the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant and bar, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

• Team Management & Development:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

• Guest Experience:

  Ensure all guests receive impeccable service, managing feedback and ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects our heritage and quality.

• Financial Performance:

  Take ownership of the outlet's financial success, including

  budget planning, cost control, and P&L accountability

• Inventory & Standards:

  Maintain strict control over inventory, procurement, and hygiene standards.

• Communication:

  Utilize

  excellent communication skills

  to interact effectively with guests, team members, and senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:

  Proven professional experience in F&B management, preferably within a high-quality restaurant, bar, or unique property setting.

• Education:

  A degree or diploma in

  Hotel Management

  is highly preferred.

• Skills:

  Demonstrated ability to manage a team, plan budgets, understand P&L statements, and communicate flawlessly.

• Mindset:

  A hands-on leader with a strong passion for service, food, and beverage quality, and a flair for heritage hospitality.

Compensation:

• Salary:

  ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
