Their product portfolio includes plastic seal tags, bolt seals, garment sealers, cotton wax cords, and customized security solutions.

Role Overview

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, achieving production targets, and managing the workforce efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain discipline and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on the production floor.
• Plan and allocate tasks to team leaders, operators, and workers.
• Monitor production output, quality, and timelines against set targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance, and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely repair of machines and equipment.
• Train and guide workers to improve skills, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, resolve worker grievances, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and reduce wastage.
• Prepare daily/weekly production and manpower reports for management.
• Ensure raw material availability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure zero-defect production.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in production/floor supervision in a manufacturing unit.
• Hands-on experience in managing workers and achieving production targets.

SALARY:-15K- 20K
