Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing the production team, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and monitor the production schedule to optimize workflow and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in production management, operations, and team leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of quality control and production processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the garment accessories manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Salary:- 20k-25k
