Job Description: As a Packaging Assistant at Bharat Expo Feeder, located in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in supporting the packaging operations by ensuring products are packed according to European-style packaging standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation, assembly, and inspection of packaging materials to maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance with manufacturing guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and assembling packaging materials as per European packaging designs and specifications. - Operate or support the operation of packaging machines under supervision, ensuring proper settings and smooth functioning. - Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for quality, durability, and compliance with company and European packaging standards. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure packaging schedules align with manufacturing timelines. - Maintain packaging inventory and alert supervisors for replenishment when required. - Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the packaging area. - Support in reducing packaging waste and promoting sustainable packaging practices. - Document packaging counts, quality checks, and daily activities for reporting. - Assist in training new workers on packaging processes and European-style presentation standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum High School / ITI / Diploma in Packaging Technology or related field. Additional Details: The Packaging Assistant position at Bharat Expo Feeder offers a salary range of 18,000 - 20,000 per month. The company prefers a female candidate for this role. The successful candidate will report to the Packaging Supervisor or Production Manager. Note: Physical requirements include the ability to lift, move, and handle packaging materials and being comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with standing shifts.,
